Pre-wash: Nitrogen is injected before debinding so that the air in furnace is fully diluted and clean.

Debinding: catalytic cracking of binder in workpiece is carried out by adding concentrated nitric acid to make furnace temperature be 95-125℃.

After rinse: after degreasing, nitrogen is injected to dilute the formaldehyde and nitric acid produced by the pyrolysis of polyformaldehyde.
