   Traditional PM uses one-way high pressure to press rough metal powder into a fixed position to manufacture moderate complex part. In particular, no further improve its density in sintering process. By this method, density is between 80-90%, which limits physical properties of alloy. Elasticity enables MIM manufacture complex products without restrict. Fine metal powder combined with high temperature sintering make MIM products achieving very high density. This makes MIM products and precision materials have similar features.
