   MIM technology standards have following major issues to determine


   If required tight tolerance, due to post processing, MIM cost increase, sintered part tolerance is around + / - 0.3%.


   In order to save inventory and assembling cost, when speak multiple parts together for a part, can benefit.


   Must make MIM inherent defects in non-critical position, or remove such as gate, tringle markers or part line after forming.

   New composite materials

   MIM can produce new composite material product which is difficult to manufacture by traditional process such as laminated structure, two kinds material or wear consumption mixed metal - ceramic material.
