MOLD DESIGN 
Before starting mold design,engineering would have a meeting to analyze the features of the part, find out the outstanding issues, then come up with a structural proposal for the mold design. Then a DFM with the parting line, sliders/pin, cavity, gating , process flow, sintering direction will be given to our customers.

MOLD MANUFACTURE
After DFM approved , mould manufacture start. Meanwhile, the T0 date would be given to customers in accordance.

MOLD CERTIFICATION
Mold validation procedure starts after mold finished. ZCMIM usually take the new mold to produce a small batch products. Keeping records for injection parameter, green part's demension, green parts' weight, debinding parameter,debinding rate, sintering parameter, sintered parts'dimension,density,hardness and weight. Based on part drawing& mold drawing, mold critical dimension report, mold trial report, FAI report and molding process parameter to make judgement on mold.
 

SMALL SCALE TRIAL PRODUCTION
In order to ensure smooth mass production, ZCMIM will suggest to take a small scale trial production before. Small batch trial-production can prevent batch defects reuslting from material, new mold and improper process.

CUSTOMER CONFIRM, START MASS PRODUCTION
Received customer's order plan and  master sample signature, mass production start. Offering detail production shedule within 3 days after order placed. Keep our customer in production loop for every process.
